I have been teaching TRE and training Providers since 2013 and in that time I have held many TRE workshops, both in Edinburgh and online Zoom. I also provide one-to-one and regular shaking group sessions in person and online Zoom. I am so pleased that TRE is spreading in Scotland and the north of England with the work myself and my team of Providers do.
