Ukiyo Republic works directly with 13 Japanese and European sake makers , creating portfolio of over 30 labels, making us largest distributor of the North of England.

Suzume, latest project of Ukiyo Republic is set to house not only the distribution but the direct retail of Japanese Sake, Shochu, Whiskey and other Japanese drinks.

In upcoming months we should open our doors to a cosy bar and event space, where one can enjoy a glass of sake alongside curated food pairings drawing influences from around the world.
