Trena Bryant is the founder of The Green Coterie, a holistic healing and creative lounge in Waldorf, Maryland. Trena is a certified life coach, Reiki healer, certified sound healer, and creator of the 4R Healing System (Recall, Rewrite, Release, Renew).
