Flying Bear House is a small studio in Hove offering traditional Chinese tea ceremony, sound journeys and traditional arts. Founded by practitioner and artist Claire Luo, the studio brings heritage-based practices into modern wellness spaces through calm and culturally rooted experiences. Claire grew up with many of these traditions and now shares them through workshops that blend story, ritual and gentle sensory awareness. Flying Bear House events invite guests to slow down, reconnect and experience Chinese culture in a meaningful and accessible way.
