Hi, I'm Steph... a physiotherapist, breathwork coach and yin yoga instructor :)
Through Basics Living I help people better understand the connection between breath, movement, the nervous system and everyday wellbeing. My work combines clinical understanding with practical, accessible tools that support energy, sleep, recovery and resilience in modern life.
Whether through workshops, Yinspiration or 1:1 sessions, my aim is to create spaces that help people reconnect with themselves and build supportive foundations for longer term health and wellbeing.
