Tara Jaye Frank is the award-winning author of The Waymakers (May 2022) and You Are Before the World (January 2026). She is also founder and CEO of The Waymakers Change Group, a culture and leadership consultancy that helps large and mid-sized companies transform their employee experience and unleash greater talent contribution. Tara is also a wife, mother of six children, Spelman College alumna, and member of The Executive leadership Council and Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated.
