Became Sommelier and then continue my studies in wine with the London institute of Wine and Spirits Education, reaching for now the third level.
I lived abroad for many years, worked as an architect on public space design first, and then as a manager of different awarded restaurants and cocktail bars.
My activity is now busy Between Genova and Milan, by working on wine and spirit industry, education and events.
