Based in Bristol UK, I am a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, with qualifications in Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin styles. I run weekly yoga, meditation, and wellness classes, as well as workshops, courses, and events on various holistic topics. My passion is helping people develop their mind-body-spirit connection, in order to improve their lives and the lives of those around them.
