Satsang Lisboa

“Satsang” is a Sanskrit word which means simply “in the company of truth” and refers to people coming together to perform spiritual practices.

This group is a place for us to come together to chant, to meditate, and to listen to some wisdom of yoga.

As we come together, the power of those practices is magnified and it becomes easier for us to go deeper and to move beyond the normal workings of our minds.

This allows us to experience the spacious, peaceful and blissful presence of pure consciousness, which is the goal of yoga.

This state can then become a reliable source of inspiration, resilience and creativity in the midst of our daily lives.
