We specialise in leadership development. Our MD, Andy Nisevic, spend 23-yrs in the RAF experiencing great leadership, terrible leadership, and everything in-between. He has very painful experience of the impacts of toxic leadership, and has also seen how great leadership can help people flourish in all aspects of life.
