I’m Sanjiv Kumar, a lifelong meditator. My journey into mindfulness and meditation began at an early age, deeply influenced by my grandfather, Dr. Chaturbhuj Sahay Ji (Guru Maharaj)—a revered spiritual teacher dedicated to enlightenment and helping thousands find inner peace.

Sanjiv’s mission is to help people lead a calmer, more peaceful, spirit-led lifestyle through meditation, 1:1 coaching, retreats, and in-person group sessions. He is creating immersive spiritual experiences both online and in-person to help people elevate their consciousness and live better lives.
