Hello, I'm Helen.

I'm endlessly fascinated by the relationship between intuition, healing, ritual, magick and the stories we tell ourselves about what's possible.

For nearly twenty years I've been teaching these subjects through workshops, professional trainings, circles and mentorship programmes.

Along the way I've trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Trauma Informed Coaching, Naturopathic Nutrition and Energy Healing, worked with hundreds of clients and students, and spent an inordinate amount of time reading, researching and asking awkward questions. I've also been lucky enough to have experienced two mentorship-style programmes in energy healing, magick and spirit release which lasted several years.

Whether we're working with energy medicine, psychic development, ritual, spirit work, or magick, what interests me is helping people take these subjects out of the realm of theory and into everyday life.

That might mean learning to read tarot with confidence, creating your own rituals, developing a healing practice, running your own circles, making sense of experiences that once felt confusing, or building skills that become part of your personal or professional life. Over the years I've seen these subjects become woven into people's careers, relationships, creative work and spiritual practice in ways that continue long after a workshop or training has ended.

When I'm not teaching, I'm never far from a mug of builders tea, a cat, or a patch of wilderness. I'm usually reading something, researching something, walking somewhere, or disappearing down a rabbit hole that started with a perfectly reasonable question and ended up somewhere completely unexpected.
