Hayden is a Principal and Managing Partner at Momentum Multifamily, a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring and managing multifamily properties. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Hayden has a lot of experience identifying and executing business plans on investment opportunities that generate strong returns for his investors. Under his leadership, Momentum has acquired over 1,800+ units at a total capitalization of approximately $275,000,000. Hayden has also led the management and implementation of over $15,000,000 worth of construction projects.

Hayden began his career in real estate renovating and managing rentals with his father at a young age, where he gained valuable experience in managing renovation projects. He then moved into commercial real estate in 2019 to co-found Momentum, where he further developed his skills in underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio management.
