This is a beginner-friendly, Christian-based dance class designed to bring women together in joy, movement, and prayer.

We’ll begin with a short opening prayer to invite God into the space.

Then we’ll move our bodies in a fun, relaxed, beginner-friendly dance session (no experience needed at all!).

We’ll close in prayer, gratitude, and connection.

This is not about perfection.

It’s not about performance.

It’s about freedom, sisterhood, and worship through movement.
