Ecstatic Dance Toronto began in January 2006, born from Julia Ray's vision: to take yoga's transformative power off the mat and into the body's full, unbounded expression.

We first brought the term 'Ecstatic Dance' to Toronto. Together, we keep this sacred practice alive—nourishing bodies, hearts, and spirits through the medicine of movement, music, and community.

Our commitment: to hold Ecstatic Dance as a safe, intentional space where your spirit can move wild and free—sober, unfiltered, and whole. We don't add stimulants because we trust that you already carry everything you need to thrive.
