Over the years Carol has helped people and organizations navigate change with a little more clarity and a lot more intention. She's spent time in the technology world, built a consulting practice, and worked with leaders across industries from life sciences and healthcare to nonprofits and professional services. She's lived through three major professional chapters and has learned that transition can shake you, sharpen you, and open doors you never would have chosen on purpose. In other words, she's seen a few things, led through a few things, and asked more than a few big questions along the way.

These days, she's especially interested in the moments when identity, ambition, and legacy all collide; career pivots, succession, retirement, and the sometimes exhilarating, sometimes disorienting question of "what now?" Her writing, coaching, and consulting hovers around executive branding, succession planning, and retirement life design, but always through a human lens. Because transitions aren't just strategic, they're personal. Whether working with individuals, small groups, or corporations, Carol helps people forge fruitful transition paths forward.
