As I have deepened into my own healing journey I have felt called to train and share in a variety of modalities, including Reiki, Feng Shui, Coaching, Sound Healing, Meditation, Yoga, and more. I am passionate about creating space for others to find freedom in their bodies and minds as well as reconnect with their purpose and strength. I love assisting and guiding clients in creating transformation, establishing a more intentional and joyful life of vitality, connection, and wellness, rooted in Self Love.
