As the founder of EffectiveUI, one of the first user experience consultancies, he worked with Microsoft, Adobe, Deloitte, and dozens of Fortune 100 companies to redesign how large systems get built and delivered.

Today, Anthony is a senior contributor to the WISER Method, a structured framework for guiding AI transformation, and an early collaborator on AI First Principles. As Managing Partner of First Strategy, he helps organizations cut through complexity, align teams, and implement AI in ways that actually work.
