Ann is a passionate and compassionate MHFA Instructor, who has delivered mental health first aid training to hundreds of MHFAiders® around the UK and internationally. With a background in the Financial Services industry, Ann has experienced her own issues with workplace stress & anxiety, which is where her mental health journey began. Ann now campaigns to raise awareness of Mental Health in the Workplace through her organisation, The Corporate Mind.
