Alisha is the founder of Creatively Releasing of NY LLC™, a small business located in Brooklyn, New York, that encourages self-discovery and mental wellness through the arts and entertainment. Fostering a sense of self and emotional strength through hands-on creative activities.

Alisha actively promotes children's rights, welfare, and economic development. Alisha has a master's degree in Early Childhood and Youth Studies from the CUNY Graduate Center in New York City, as well as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bernard Baruch College in New York City, with a double minor in English and Communications. Alisha holds certifications in Dance Movement Therapy/Alternative Therapy, Early Intervention, and a variety of other social work fields. ​
