We are a Cambridge-based ADHD peer support group! We meet up once a month in a casual pub environment and chat over drinks, food or games. We are the first (?!) ADHD peer support group for adults in Cambridge with no student, parental or gender requirements to join. You are welcome if you are 18+, diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or questioning ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). If you're in or around Cambridge City and looking for a positive space to connect, chat, and share laughs with fellow ADHD adults, we'd love to meet you!

What to expect at our events:

• Casual conversations with like-minded people
• Topic jumping (it's inevitable, just be kind and try to circle back!)
• Story swapping and sharing of ADHD hacks
• LGBTQ+ neurodivergent friendly space
