Originally from Portugal, Ana built an international career that took her across Portugal, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, and ultimately the United States. Before becoming a coach, she spent 18 years as a scientist and corporate R&D leader, leading global teams, hiring talent, and driving innovation for some of the world's most recognized brands.
