Healing Spaces & Wellness Center is offering N My Cenergy Sexual Wellness education and intimacy coaching. We are here to holistic support to individuals seeking personal growth, emotional well-being, and a deeper connection with themselves, their sensuality and sexual wellness.
N My Cenergy is the vessel through which, we honor the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we collaborate with each individual, couple to meet you where you are, create personalized care experiences that may includes sensuality exploration and intimacy coaching, sexual health education, supplementation, mindful movement, restorative practices and acknowledging your experiences.
Safety Experience
All of Healing Spaces Wellness and N My Cenergy Sexual Wellness Coaching and Education online and in-person offerings are consent-centered, trauma-aware educational experiences. Participation is optional at all times. Cameras may remain off in the virtual environment. All offering is educational, coaching focused and experiential in nature and does not replace therapy, interventions, medical advise or treatment planning.
Additional consultation may be available to refer to other professionals for additional support.
