Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement practice that takes you on a journey through sound. The music starts gently, builds to a powerful, celebratory peak, then brings you back down to earth. Unlike other dance forms, there’s no choreography, just pure self-expression. Often called a "moving meditation," it encourages connection with yourself and others, creating a deep sense of unity and joy. It's also an endorphin-boosting workout, a powerful stress reliever, and provides you with a chance to meet new people while building a sense of community.
