Bio: Meet Lisa Zmuda!

Lisa Jean Zmuda has more than 25 years of Real Estate experience with a portfolio of residential real estate sales that includes: flipping, luxury, waterfront, second home, estate sales, short sales, historic homes, foreclosures, REO’s, and now specialty vacation properties. Lisa believes that real estate ownership is STILL at the core of financial stability and wealth building for anyone who chooses it. She assists ordinary people in creating extraordinary lives by guiding them in developing a life by design.

Lisa decided to become a coach after experiencing one of the most difficult real estate climates in greater Detroit between 2008-2013; that’s when she began designing and developing the survival strategies of extreme sphere identification and how to lead with revenue first. She now has a passion for sharing this knowledge to help others succeed! Lisa’s real estate experience also includes launching a brand-new brokerage and achieving the rank of #1 in retention after only one year. Additionally, as CEO, in partnership with an amazing team, Lisa recruited and developed a large successful KW franchise office assisting more than three hundred agents as they began and built careers and experienced record-shattering profits during her tenure there. (1.3 billion in volume to be exact)

In addition, Lisa holds a business expansion role in the local mortgage industry where she was dubbed the ‘Secret Weapon’ due to her unique ability to coach Loan Officers into higher production by teaching them how to speak ‘Realtor’ and through model matching. Since 2018, because of this experience with industry affiliates, Lisa’s influence has resulted in more than one hundred million in loan volume.

As a Coach, Lisa was trained, groomed, and endorsed by Floyd Wickman, National Speakers Hall of Fame. She has completed (2) Speakers Academies and is also a 5x KW BOLD Graduate. Lisa is also one of the Original 100 One Thing Certified Facilitators in the world -- The One Thing is a NY Times Best Seller by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan.
