Bookeddate is a cosy community centred around slow living, reflection, and meaningful connection through books. Founded by Ria in September 2023, it began as an Instagram platform bringing readers together in a warm, intentional space, and has since grown into in-person and online experiences through Cosy London Book Club.

- Cosy Conversations with authors in collaboration with leading publishers such as Penguin, HarperCollins, and Faber

- Book Walks exploring London through its iconic independent bookshop scene

- Silent Reading Clubs at Ole & Steen, bringing comfort, reading, and connection together

We also host seasonal socials and retreats, from summer book swaps to literary trips.

About Cosy London Book Club

Our motto is sparking connection through stories that bring us together.

We read contemporary, literary, and translated fiction that explores human life and experience. Our discussions centre around themes such as female rage, race, womanhood, masculinity, grief, identity, and the complexities of how we live.

Each event is designed with intentionality, creating a space to be yourselves, share openly, and connect through genuine, lived experiences. Our signature format includes speed book dating followed by thoughtful group discussion.

We also collaborate with publishers to host intimate author events, offering our community the opportunity to engage directly with writers.

Whether in London or online, Bookeddate is a space to slow down, reflect, and connect through stories (and maybe soon in more cities to come!)
