Anthony Tilghman
Anthony Tilghman is a community health advocate, public servant, and Commissioner dedicated to expanding access to preventative care, wellness education, and family-centered health resources across Prince George’s County and the surrounding region.
As the founder and lead organizer of the Health & Wellness Tour around Prince George's County, Anthony brings together healthcare providers, nonprofits, fitness professionals, and community organizations to deliver free health screenings, nutrition education, mental health resources, and wellness services to residents. He also leads the ongoing Health & Wellness Tour, traveling throughout the county to bring no-cost screenings and health information directly into neighborhoods that are often underserved.
