We're a group of people with different backgrounds, based in Bridgwater.

What we have to offer

We provide a safe and supportive space for people to connect with others who understand what they're going through.

How do we do this

We offer: hobby groups, conversation clubs, 1-2-1 support, events with other local organisations.

Our goal is to help people feel less alone and more empowered to manage their mental health.
