Lottozero is a center for textile design, art and exchangewith a coworking area andan open lab for textile production, experimentation and research.Lottozero’s mission is to create a fertile environment for textile research and experimentation in design and art, and an international base for networking in the textile sector.We encourage and support the development of emerging talent of textile design through international talent scouting and targeted residencies in our headquarters in Prato, one of the main textile districts of Europe.

Textile experimentation at the LOTTOZERO lab using the electric felting loom machine to create soft and structured felted elements!

Textile Experimentation Workshop heald by the LOTTOZERO TeamThis workshop is open to creative individuals interested in exploring textile fibers as materials for sculpture, sample-making, and textile design. Using 100% wool felts, participants will learn to work with hand cards, drum cards, and felting needles. They will also have the opportunity to experiment with the new electric felting loom, creating “textile collages” and transforming scraps (such as selvedges) into new creations.The workshop will focus on making small samples and textile sculptures, highlighting the versatility of wool and felt as moldable materials.No previous knowledge or experience is required. The workshop will be held in Italian/English and is open to a maximum of 15 participants.
