<p>During this practical workshop you’ll be guided to connect to yourself through conscious walking and breathing techniques.</p><p>We’ll start with a brief visualisation and continue with a walking meditation. After that, you’ll learn a powerful walking technique you can use in your day to day to gain new insights and resources.</p>
