“Ognuno di noi ha in sé, nel profondo di sé, nel luogo segreto del cuore, una scintilla d’amore che da sempre brucia e sempre brucerà. Quella scintilla può appiccare l’incendio della creatività, se raggiunta, custodita e alimentata.” (Massimiliano Bardotti) 
L’arte è un mezzo potente per esprimere e ascoltare l’intimo del proprio cuore e del cuore delle persone, là dove la parola spesso è soffocata. L’utilizzo dei processi creativi per il benessere è stato esplorato ampiamente in ambito filosofico, antropologico, psicologico e recentemente neuroscientifico, e l’arteterapia emerge con forza come un modo per migliorare la qualità della vita. Tre esperte di arti plastiche ci guideranno in un assaggio di tre tecniche diverse, per svegliare la creatività e facilitare la scoperta della bellezza in quanto tale, comunque e sempre intorno a noi, fino a giungere alla bellezza interiore.
