SILVIA CALDERONI + ILENIA CALEOTHEFUTUREISNOW?16 Luglio 2024 ore 21Via Della Fonderia, 51 - 50142 Firenze nell’ambito di Secret Florence 2024 ThefutureisNOW? prende avvio dall’azione Zen for Head 1962 di Nam June Paik, durante la quale l’artista immerse i capelli in un secchio di inchiostro di china e spostandosi carponi tracciò una linea sul pavimento. Calderoni e Caleo partono da qui, dal gesto corporeo e dalla sostanza liquida, per tradurre la performance di Paik in indicazioni precise che prevedono un lavoro sulla materia, sulla traccia (e sulle tracce), sul corpo nella sua presenza e nella sua dinamica fisica, e infine sulla durata, intesa come temporalità concreta che si esaurisce e si consuma.Silvia Calderoni è attrice e performer, premio Ubu 2009 come miglior attrice under 30. Ha preso parte a La leggenda di Kaspar Hauser di Davide Manuli (2012) e alla serie Sky Romolus di Matteo Rovere.Ilenia Caleo è performer, dramaturg, attrice, attivista e ricercatrice. Filosofa di formazione, è ricercatrice all’Università IUAV di Venezia e co-fondatrice del Master Studi e Politiche di Genere dell’Università Roma Tre.
