Our private training studio is a 10 minute walk from Gants Hill Station, or 5 minute drive.

Do you offer male, and female trainers?

We have both male and female trainers available.

How long will the session last?

Accepted Answer

It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot, your session will last 60 minutes, with additional time prior for an initial fitness assessment.

Clothing Requirements?

Please ensure you wear appropriate trainers, and sports wear.

I have some health issues that may affect my training abilities.

Prior to your session, an initial assessment will take place to ascertain your activity levels, general health and any pre-existing health conditions.

How many people will attend per session?

Each session will be 1 to 1, in the private training studio.

Alongside the studio, we have a bathroom and changing facilities. It is recommended to change prior to arriving, please discuss if any concerns.
