Paint, Pause, Release is an intimate therapy painting experience inspired by Moroccan heritage, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and express through color in a warm, candle-lit setting.

Hosted by ASMARA and led by artist Hanan E., this two-hour experience takes place in a cozy, floor-seated space filled with Moroccan carpets, pillows, soft music, and calming scents. Guests will be gently guided through grounding, intention setting, and intuitive painting prompts—no painting experience needed. The focus is on presence and emotional release, not perfection.

The evening also includes a Moroccan tea ritual and a sensory self-care moment featuring ASMARA argan oil and rose water, rooted in traditional Moroccan beauty practices. All painting materials are provided, and each guest will take their canvas home.
