Overview

The next edition of BAKE TECH MASTER will take place from October 6 to 8, 2026, and will focus on cake production processes.

The BAKE TECH MASTER is a professional training course organized by GEA Academy with the aim of sharing knowledge and expertise on food production technology.

The 2026 edition will be a three-day course focused on cakes production processes, covering several topics from raw material to production processes, technologies and final products evaluation.

The course will be held at the GEA Bakery Experience Center in Verona, Italy.

Ticket sales will end on September 4th.

The seminars will be held by Professors of the academic community, industry leaders and Process Engineers of GEA Bakery. Topics will cover the entire production process, from theoretical aspects to extremely practical issues as trials in a pilot plant and panel tests for final products evaluation.

The seminar will focus on topics such as raw materials, the technological processes of mixing and formulation, and processing technologies. In addition, it will include an in-depth look at tunnel ovens and their main components, the evaluation of the final product’s quality—covering chemical-physical and organoleptic properties— and practical sessions at our BEC.


**WHAT'S INCLUDED**

The course package includes the below mentioned services.

  • VALUE: 3 days of classes, attendance to all training sessions, trials, sensory tests; access to all presentations; proceedings articles
  • CERTIFICATE: Certificate of BakeTech Master status.
  • ACCOMMODATION: hotel accomodation for 3 days. Check in on Monday 5th from 2 p.m., Check out on Thursday 8th before 12.00 a.m.
  • MEALS: Breakfast, coffee break, lunch and dinner.
  • TRANSFER: From/to Venice Airport. Daily transfers from hotel to GEA Headquarters and back. Transfers in the evening for dinner, when necessary.
  • EXPERIENCES: Experience local culture and food at the end of daily classes.
