Lottozero is a center for textile design, art and exchangewith a coworking area andan open lab for textile production, experimentation and research.Lottozero’s mission is to create a fertile environment for textile research and experimentation in design and art, and an international base for networking in the textile sector.We encourage and support the development of emerging talent of textile design through international talent scouting and targeted residencies in our headquarters in Prato, one of the main textile districts of Europe.

Il workshop ideale per imparare le basi della tessitura con l'artista australiana Jacqueline Stojanovic, da non perdere!

Per il workshop di tessitura di base con Jacqueline Stojanovic i partecipanti avranno a disposizione un telaio a cornice (strumento facilemente ricostruibile in proprio) sul quale impareranno la tecnica della tessitura ad arazzo, che li porterà a realizzare, al termine dell’attività, un lavoro compiuto.Nella seconda parte della giornata l'artista e tessitrice Jacqueline Stojanovic introdurrà la tecnica della tessitura a mano con il grande telaio a licci di Lottozero; a tutti i partecipanti verrà data la possibilità di provare questa tecnica, con cui prenderà forma un tessuto collettivo.Tutti i materiali vengono forniti da Lottozero.Non è richiesta alcuna conoscenza pregressa di tessitura.
