La panificazione è un procedimento che richiede tempo, pazienza e amore. In questo laboratorio imparerai l'arte della panificazione con il lievito madre. Partendo dalle basi, Lena spiegherà come conservare e rinfrescare "la madre" e assieme impasterete la vostra personale pagnotta.
