Durante la sessione i partecipanti saranno guidati in una meditazione sui chakra, basata sulla visualizzazione dei colori e delle energie associate ai diversi centri del corpo. 🧵 Dal respiro al gesto creativo Al termine della meditazione, ogni partecipante sceglierà intuitivamente un filo del colore del chakra che sente più vicino al proprio stato interiore.Con quel filo realizzerà una semplice catenella all’uncinetto, trasformando l’energia visualizzata in un piccolo oggetto simbolico:• braccialetto• segnalibro• simbolo personale 💬 Durante l’incontro lo staff Bettaknit e il team di The Loom guideranno anche un breve talk sulla relazione tra yoga, meditazione e pratiche tessili. 📌 Posti limitati – prenotazione tramite APP greeApes
