What is included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

The ticket price includes all meals, alcohol, transportation to and from the offsite location, accommodation and access to all scheduled activities and events. Transportation from Milan or Turin airports is included.

Question 2

Can I share a room with another guest?

Accepted Answer

All bedrooms except for the Grand Vista room can be split into a twin room. If there is availability and the other guest is willing to share then we can arrange that.

Question 3

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

At Le Vedette we are very flexible, if your flight arrives at in the morning of the event we can prepare your room for an early arrival. If you plan to arrive the day before or depart after, we can arrange a hotel at an additional cost

Question 4

Will there be free time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, extra time to relax or visit a local town or village for shopping is built into the finalised itinerary

Question 5

Can you accommodate dietary requirements or allergies?

Accepted Answer

We will try to accommodate dietary requirements where possible but some sessions might be more difficult to change. If you have any specific requests please get in touch
