Benvenuti a YOGA TENS LESS ONLINE e in PRESENZAUnitevi a noi per una rilassante e rinvigorente sessione di yoga online ogni Mercoledi mattina dalle ore 6:15 am alle ore 7:15 sia online che in presenza.Si avvisa che se le lezioni verranno cancellate a causa del maltempo, le nuove date saranno pubblicate su EventBrite e sulla pagina Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/yogaromayoji/Preparatevi a fare stretching, a respirare e a trovare il vostro Zen interiore nel comfort di casa vostra. Non c'è bisogno di correre o di stressarsi per il traffico: basta stendere il tappetino e sintonizzarsi.Se invece avete la possibilità di praticare in presenza, potete cogliere l'occsione di praticare su una location unica nel suo genere, praticamente sul Ponte della Musica ( zona Stadio Olimpico , dove siamo a contatto con gli elementi dell'acqua, aria, e il verde circostante il fiume Tevere.Che siate principianti o yogi esperti, questa lezione è perfetta per tutti i livelli.Prendete la vostra bottiglia d'acqua, trovate uno spazio tranquillo e fluiamo insieme. There is no need to run or stress about traffic - just roll out your mat and tune in.If, on the other hand, you have the opportunity to practise with an in-person presence, you can take the opportunity to practise on a unique location, practically on the Ponte della Musica (Olympic Stadium area), where you are in contact with the elements of water, air, and the greenery surrounding the Tiber River.Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is perfect for all levels.Grab your water bottle, find a quiet space, and let's flow together.
