Hi, I'm Mairead!Childhood educator, sound meditation facilitator and mother of one busy and joyful toddler. My passion is creating connections in the community through sound and meditation. I have an undergraduate in Arts (Music and German) and am just about to complete my Master in Teaching (Early Years and Primary). I also have completed Level 1 Sound Bowl Training earlier this year. I love the joy of working with little humans and believe that it is just as important for them, as it is for adults, to take time out, focus on their inner-selves and recognise the abundance that surrounds them every day.Come and join me for a session or reach out to say hello!
