Adventure in MindsAdventure in Minds (AIM) is a therapy and creative practice grounded in nature, supporting neurodivergent and neurocomplex people and families to tell their stories their way. We're your companion on your life journey. Your guide, your safe harbour, your footprints in the sand.Founded bySamantha Dawn, AIM exists for those navigating overwhelm, identity, family life and systems that weren't built with neurocomplex lives in mind. We work gently, at your pace, creating spaces where you can focus on your gifts and work to bridge your 'gaps'.Our work is shaped by our lived experience of neurocomplexity - within ourselves, our families and the people we walk alongside - and is grounded in connection, creativity and the natural world. Nature offers rhythm, space and permission and sits at the heart of everything we do.AIM offers:1:1 therapy using integrative, person-centred approachesHypnotherapy-informed tools and resourcesCreative and reflective spaces, including monthly Light House gatheringsWriting, poetry and nature-inspired resources for neurocomplex peopleWe particularly support parents with neurocomplex children, neurocomplex adults and young adults moving through big transitions. You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need the 'right' words. Just come as you are - that's the best you can be.
