Stratford C&FC

We provide a wide range of support and activities for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years (and up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities) at our Centres and at outreach venues in the community. We deliver face-to-face activities each week with a focus on supporting families in the first 1001 days (from conception to when they are 2 years old).We also provide advice, information and support on a wider range of issues for families with children aged 0-19 years (and up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities) and have partner organisations delivering out of our Children and Family Centre venues.Our vision is that every family is supported to achieve their aspirations from themselves, their children and the wider community.Stratford District Children and Family Centres;Stratford - 01789 266624Alcester - 01789 764093Lighthorne Heath - 01926 691105
