With events like Hike for Hospice, hosting advanced-care planning workshops, the Good Grief Walking program, understanding palliative care education and outreach with local partners, we create circles of compassion across Airdrie and surround communities - educating, supporting, and connecting residents so that no one faces illness or grief alone.
