I am a Coach, Facilitator and Speaker. I believe community is an essential part of healing. I specialize in creating safe places for people as they seek change. My great love is supporting those on the journey of reclaiming themselves.Who am I? I am someone who LOVES digging deep and fostering growth - in myself and others. I am a mother and an advocate. I have a degree in Somatic studies and a background in presenting live events. My best friend describes me as quirky, smart, thoughtful, strong and intentional. I'm the friend you call when you need someone to show up and hold you while you cry or to be present for your anger. Emotional expression and emotional intelligence are my happy spot.
