I was born in Rome but my granny was from Friuli and owned a restaurant where my passion for food was born. Growing up in Rome, however, my interest in Roman dishes and specialties has grown to the point of letting me attend numerous cooking classes related to bread, pizza and pasta, following typical Roman recipes. For a decade or so I have been a much appreciated home chef, and I have continued to share life between my two passions: food and acting. I am also sommelier and expert in italian wines. With my cultural association I organize, among other things, the "Rotating Pans - the spectacular recipes" at the restaurant "Porto Fluviale".
