RETRACE Interreg Europe Project | Politecnico di Torino

RETRACE 

RETRACE, acronym of “A Systemic Approach for REgions TRAnsitioning towards a Circular Economy”, promotes the adoption of Systemic Apprach as a methodology in support of the transition towards Circular Economy for the elaboration of regional and local development policies. The project developed by the Department of Architecture and Design (DAD) at Politecnico di Torino and supported by the Interreg Europe programme, involves 8 private and public partners and more than 70 stakeholders from Italy, France, Spain, Slovenia and Romania in order to boost the cooperation between regions of European Countries.Retrace, which will last until March 2020, is currently half way of its first phase that will be completed in 2019 with the definition of 5 Regional Action Plans for the development of Circular Economy oriented policies in the partner regions. The second phase will be devoted to the implementation of these plans.
