Jordan A Smith

I'm a botanical artist living in Western Australia. I'm host of the Orchids of the West Exhibition which is a wildflower art show. My work began with trying to solve the problem of not being able to buy, pick or grow the native flowers of Western Australia. What you see at my exhibition is the culmination of years of trial and error and refining a process for bringing native orchids and other wildflowers to life in three dimensional form. An admirer of my work noted once that what I do is the "fine watchmaking of the botanical art world."
