Support For Families of Children with Disabilities
It’s our mission to ensure that families of children with disabilities, learning differences, and/or complex medical needs, and the providers who serve them, have the knowledge and support to make informed choices that enhance children’s development and well-being. We believe in increasing equity and accessibility for all children especially those historically excluded from services, systems, and support.
Support for Families of Children with Disabilities (SFCD) offers workshops, trainings, individualized support and systems navigation to families, as well as individualized coaching for DCYF program grantees. Our organization is managed by parent/family professionals who are dedicated to creating a community where our children flourish and families thrive.
