Who ratings are available to

Ratings are available to organizers hosting events in the United States, Canada, and London.

For an event to receive ratings, it must:

  • Be a public event

  • Have paid tickets

  • Have “Music” as its event category

Attendees can only rate an event once. To provide a rating, they must purchase a valid, paid ticket and confirm their attendance.

How ratings are collected

After your event ends, Eventbrite automatically emails your attendees to collect their feedback. They are asked to rate their experience and the price value of your event from 1 to 5 stars.

Attendees can also select qualities to describe what was good or needed improvement. These qualities are:

  • Atmosphere

  • Event flow

  • Event listing

  • Sound system

  • Organizer

  • Performer

  • Vibe

  • Venue
